- Comprehensive control system designed to manage various operational requirements, ranging from indoor air quality within the gymnasium and aquatics center to the precise regulation of pool water temperature
- Highly efficient geothermal heating/cooling infrastructure, utilizing geothermal wells as the primary energy source. This system ensures precise temperature control throughout the entire complex, including the pool water
- Supply of two Carrier Semi-Custom Air Handling Units, four Water-to-Air Heat Pumps, a fully customized EneRound Energy Recovery Unit, one Desert Air Dehumidification Unit, a Tandem Chillers Modular Heat Pump, and all other HVAC equipment
- Installation of 28 ABB Variable Frequency Drives to enhance operational flexibility and efficiency.
- Full integration of the system with the city server to allow remote access and management.
