St. John’s Municipal Depot

This large project involved the designed and manufacturing of fifteen custom built EneRound air handling and heat recovery units.

Included in the scope of work was removal of all existing building automation controls and retrofitting with new Automated Logic controls system for the entire complex.  HPL supplied, installed, started-up and commissioned all HVAC Equipment and building automation systems.
